Lacee is the Founder and CEO of The Birch Group LLC. 

She has had a passion for law and public policy from a young age. Lacee graduated cum laude from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 2001 with a degree in International Relations, Business and Spanish and received her law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2004. Before getting the political bug, she worked for the Minnesota State Public Defender and practiced commercial litigation for a mid-sized Twin Cities firm.  

Since working her first political campaign nearly twenty years ago, Lacee has put her relational and legal acumen to work for her clients. She returned to her home state of North Dakota in 2013 and went to work for the Senate Majority Leader during the 2015 legislative session. She immediately joined a top public affairs firm, where she focused on lobbying, politics, and public affairs. Her common sense, astute approach has earned the trust of clients and lawmakers alike, ranging from federal and state political candidates to Fortune 100 companies.  Lacee is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota.

The Birch Group is a reflection of Lacee's midwestern values of hard work, integrity, and dedication. The name is also a nod to Lacee's Scandinavian roots (bjørk=birch in Norwegian) , which represents growth and new beginnings. 

Greta Silewski is the Senior Director of Government Relations at The Birch Group LLC.

Greta Silewski brings experience in government relations, public affairs, business development, and economic development to The Birch Group. With a background spanning local government and the private sector, she specializes in helping organizations navigate complex policy environments, build strategic relationships, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable strategies.

Prior to joining The Birch Group, Greta served as Public Affairs Manager for the City of Grand Forks and later worked in business development and government relations within the aviation and emerging technology sectors. Her experience includes legislative and regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, economic development, public-private partnerships, and advancing complex initiatives involving government and industry.

Greta takes a practical, relationship-driven approach to advocacy, helping clients connect with the right decision-makers, identify opportunities, and move priorities forward.

Callie is the Birch Group LLC's Billing Specialist and Office Manager. Callie has an Bachelor of Arts in business and an extensive background in billing, finance, and office management, working for both large law firms and family owned businesses. She has a knack for numbers, organization, and all things client relations. 

Callie is a Bismarck native. When she isn’t keeping our office in line, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jory, and chasing after her two daughters.
